ON SITE STORAGE
Our site comprises approximately 4,500m2 of secure warehousing and yard area. Our facility is able to store many types of cargo ranging from small consignments forming part of a major project consolidations, to large, over dimensional equipment in long term storage. On site handling equipment provides heavy lift capabilities which can be utilised on many types of cargo.
Secure Covered Warehouse
- 20,000 square feet.
- 14 x CCTV cameras record 24 hour surveillance of the entry and exit points of the yard and warehouse areas on a rolling 30 day period.
- The facility is also equipped with full smoke detection and fire alarm system.
- A Redcare Alarm system, linked to a central command centre and the Police, monitors the site 24 hours a day.
- Intercom barrier entry controls entry and exit into the yard and warehouse area.
Outside
- 30,000 square feet.
- 2.5 metre palisade fencing secures the perimeter of the site.
- Again, barrier entry controls the entry and exit to the compound.
- Yard area is entirely illuminated by night.
- Fully concreted hardstanding throughout, provides wide area for vehicle parking and waiting with multiple load out capacity.
- Large space to facilitate structural build up of skid mounted equipment for large turnkey projects.
Rotterdam Site
- Large 11,750 sq. metre warehouse, with 8,000 sq. metres of storage space in a modern warehouse environment, equivalent to 800 pallet spaces.
- Heavy lift capability to 80 tonnes in house.
- Quayside dock access with 2,000 sq. metres of dockside landing area, 96 metre quay length with 3.65 metre draft and 20 metre pocket width.
